The idea
A teamfile describes a Lead and the coding, review or specialist members around it. Members can communicate through the Lead and call across teams, so a person can coordinate work from one place instead of relaying each message between provider tools.
What ships today
lmctl plan helps shape a team plan, lmctl lint checks team configuration, lmctl seed adds missing session IDs, and lmctl prompt sends a request through the team. The human remains in the loop and can steer or stop the work.
