Let a Lead handle the middle
Set the request and acceptance criteria, delegate the middle steps to a Lead, and review the returned result.

The idea
At this level, a person writes the requirement and acceptance criteria before work starts. A Lead assigns tasks and coordinates its members while the person steps away from individual turns; the result returns for human review.
What ships today
Use lmctl prompt to start the request and lmctl status or lmctl tail to monitor the team and its run. lmctl records prompts and runs, but it does not decide which approvals are required. Put workflow boundaries in the team instructions, then inspect the result against the acceptance criteria before accepting it.
