lmctl — Proprietary License (Public Preview)

lmctl is closed-source, proprietary software distributed in binary form only. No source code is licensed, disclosed, or otherwise made available by this distribution.

Grant. Subject to the terms below, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use this binary distribution of lmctl, free of charge, during the public preview.
Restrictions. You may NOT: a. redistribute, publish, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or sell this software or any copy or portion of it; b. host, offer, or operate it as a service for any third party; c. reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the binary, except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law; d. remove, obscure, or alter this license or any proprietary notices.
Reservation. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the licensor. The licensor may release future versions of lmctl under different terms, including paid or commercial terms, at its sole discretion. The free public-preview grant in Section 1 applies only to the version(s) expressly distributed under it and confers no right to any future version.
No warranty. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
